pass side head is off, see if you can spot the problem

one of the valves has broken off and has welded itself to the spark plug. This explains why I couldn't get this plug out... Needless to say this head is beyond rebuild, not only is the casting damaged but the cam lobes have been flattened. Any ideas where I can get a new head new/in excellent condition/already rebuilt?
