im fighting one this month under similar circumstances ($100 for 75 in a 65). your good record is huge in fighting these things. don't admit to going 1 mile over the limit as that is admitting guilt and they will likely offer a reduced fine (who cares about the fine its the surcharges that suck). also you won't even face the cop unless you ask for a judges appeal after the first appeal
