stay on top of it for you... but I have used Dicks since they are 3 blocks from my house and I had to make sure to have them address things I didn't like/wasn't satisfied with. They never ever had an issue fixing something I wasn't happy with and to me, that is a sign of a really good shop these days. The quality of the work is top notch IMHO.
