he didn't note on the ticket you were doing 50...
I tried this scheme when appealing saying cop only wrote me 75 in 65, then the magistrate goes 'it says here the trooper lidar'd you going 85-in a 65, and only wrote you a 75-65 ticket... thus making the trooper overly nice already, we believe you deserve to pay the ticket' PWNED
