I did not post the picture on QW while I was literally AT THE SCENE. Obviously, I snapped the picture on scene as I do w/ all accidents and strange incidents I encounter. I document things just in case it ever goes to court for any reason. At this crash assistance was rendered, the scene was cleared and I then took a moment to post the pic. I will edit the subject line to eliminate any confusion.
