If something on the boat lasts 5 years you should probably replace it after 3. I sold it before the warranty was up on the engines :)

I have a 1978 15' Boston Whaler and it's "reliable" with a 75hp Evinrude Etec.. Ethanol gas causes every problem I've ever had with it..
