My only gripe with the S6 is the range..

On the highway I can get 23 mpg easily (even at higher speeds) but the tank is just too small.

It's a great highway car, I wish it had cooled/vented seats and an automatically closing trunk, otherwise I'm very happy with it after 33K+..

Thats a long trip! I'm thinking about taking off in February and driving my S6 to colorado for a couple weeks just for kicks, do some skiing and see friends and it should be a great car for that, with stops in Chicago, St Louis etc etc
