I don't want to speculate on anything, now, other than to say this must be very frightening for the relatives and all residents who now fear for their safety. If in fact it was random, nobody can predict where another attack could follow (maybe not nearby if suspect is wandering and not local). Can only hope some evidence, tire tracks etc could open the case up, and soon.It was far from NYC, who would think mace or a weapon would be needed :(
