I am running the rubicon rails so that feature was one of the first that drew me to them. I don't want it's primary purpose being a step, but I'm not rock crawling nor do I ever plan on it. I had looked at the Quadratec QR3 or 4 at one point but decided I wanted something more sturdy and trustworthy.

I'm able to get the Ace sliders at about $300 or less shipped too I think, which priced them cheaper than most flimsy side steps
