I would like to find something in the middle of the woods or mountains, secluded and away from people, preferably on a lake or river.

Needs to sleep between 8 and 12 people. Price range in the $250 to $500 a night. Definitely will be 3 nights, maybe 4 depending on price.

Trying to stick to washington, but oregon or northern Idaho is not out of the conversation.

I have been looking on VRBO and airBnB. Any better places to look? I have found a couple of places that fit, but would like to check out some more options before I make a final decision.

Any advice and suggestions is much appreciated!
