The major differences are the X100T are...

Focus speed is a little faster and a little more accurate over the X100S...it is very minor.

The EVF (electronic viewfinder) had an improved rerfresh rate over the X100T

Built in WIFI...this is huge in my opinion....you can control the camera from your camera as well as transfer images to your camera wirelessly...I use these features ALL the time on my X-T1!

The button layout is improved on the X100T.

Aperture stops on the aperture ring have been added so they are at S where the X100S you have to use a dial to get those missing stops.

Expanded exposure compensation...X100T goes +3 to -3 whereas the X100S on goes +2 to -2. This is a helpful feature if you shoot in aperture priority.

The OVF (optical viewfinder) has a mini eve screen which helps for manual focus.
