As it isn't her copyright, but her likeness that was used, specifically without per permission, I'd bet between $75K and $500K, if she gets crazy jury.

Guessing $150k.

The fact they used it without having a release, researching a release and willfully did so, they will pay far more than a standard modeling fee x 3.
