The 2 sensors are held in by mounts that are stuck to the plate panel or decorative panel and can be removed with a small screwdriver. I don't have a part number nor do I know if they are available as a replacement, but since they come off and not molded to the plastic I would image be there is a pn for them.

Not sure what a pristine panel is suppose to look like. But this one is missing a sensor holder and there is nothing really there to grab on other than the top and bottom.
