It's a very sad day for me that I never thought would come, I need to sell the RS4 :-(

Due to family priorities I will be selling the RS4. I never thought I would be doing this, but getting my wife and three kids into a larger house is more important right now.

I am putting together a list of all the mods, parts, etc I have for the RS4, but wanted to get some feedback on the best course of action to get the most out of the sale. Also, what in your opinion would speed up the sale?

Do I try to sell modded or get the car as stock as possible and sell the mods separately?
