Why wouldn't you just pull the motor? What's the point in removing the trans?

2) 160k on the stock turbos? ... i'd swap to k04 . get a new tune + fueling. It is not suggested to run a k03 chipped file on a k04 (from what i've read)

3) I'd stick with stock

4) no idea

5) Do you mean drop the subframe? That's out the bottom. The engine is out the front
