For 90% street driving, but 2 to 3 track days a year what spring rate on the motorsports would you recommend?

I currently have 600/700 on my tracksports and have to admit they are a bit harsh over any kind of uneven road. On the track where it is smooth they are fine, but my wife doesn't like riding in the car if we plan to just go out for a drive.

Want a nice ride, but just as good if not better handling on the track.
