Warmer Weather, Burning Oil at Idle/No Load!

Well its finally got up to a decent temperature in Minnesota (78* F) today and I noticed that I was burning a small amount of oil (smokey exhaust) when idling and depressing the gas pedal in neutral under no load until approx. 2500 rpm where it would clear up. This didn't happen at all during colder temps and I haven't noticed any change in the cars performance. It only occurs when the car is warm, or being started again after sitting for about 20 minutes. I've checked my charge pipes and have a slight amount of oil in them, but its nothing that seems abnormal. No shaft play on the turbo and oil residue isn't caked up in the down pipe. The only thing left I could think of is a PCV issue, specifically the "bleeder valve". What do you guys think??? I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it isn't a valve seat or an issue with the rings!

Car Is A 1995.5 S6.
