deliver the box to the PO after it arrives at their destination delivery facility while their priority is placed on delivering those with required delivery dates. The same delays occur at many origin sorting facilities that only load smartpost if room remains.

My tracking shows the USPS delivering all packages regardless of priority within a few hours of receipt, six days a week.
