Check if any particular cylinder has plug deposits that are noticeably different from the others. A lot of carbon would indicate an overly rich mixture. Oily plugs could indicate bad rings, or it could be caused by oil dilution from misfiring cylinders (it makes it easier for oil to get past the rings).
