I'd try doing just the slave instead of replacing both the slave and master. No sense in removing a new part.

Do you have a pressure bleeder? If not, now is the time to get one. May as well bleed the whole system of that fluid while you're at it.

The clutch hydraulic system is difficult to bleed. That's where the pressure bleeder comes in.
