Just book a trip to Germany and rent a car. The track is open to the public, pay by the lap.

There are also driving schools that will teach you the track and rent you a race preped car to drive on it. If you'd rather have someone else who knows the track better drive there are ring taxis that take 3 passengers out for hot laps in BMW M5s.
