KATE helpfully lists the dimensions of all the OEM hose clamps - while there may be an odd error or discrepancy, this is what it seems to show for clamp requirements...

Major Hoses:
MAF->Turbo: (1) 70-90 (1) 60-80
Turbo->Crossover-Pipe: (1) 50-70 (1) 60-80
Cross-over-> IC (2) 60-80
IC -> TB (1) 60-80 (1) 70-90 (1) 23-35

Smaller Hoses:
ISV (4) 25-35
WGFV (5) 12-25
BPV (2) 25-35 (4) 8-12

Breeze Constant Torque (CT) & Samco:

As noted by several other listers, Breeze Constant Torque parts required for Samco applications are as follows. These likely would work for OEM hose applications as well:

1 x CT- 300 (2.250 - 3.125) 70mm = 2.76"
1 x CT- 300 (2.250 - 3.125) 66mm = 2.60"
1 x CT- 250 (1.750 - 2.625) 60mm = 2.36"
1 x CT- 175 (1.000 - 1.875) 35mm = 1.38"
2 x CT-9416 (0.813 - 1.500) 30mm = 1.18"
1 x CT-9412 (0.688 - 1.250) 25mm = 0.98"
