i try to work with professionals... the real people not the ones who just do the bare minimum and hate their lives/careers.

comical thing about this is that i have spoken with three different sales people and none return my calls or emails and this is a simple cash deal that could be wrapped up with a phone call, deposit and an half or so meeting.
