Have you considered 2-part caliper paint?

I redid a set of Porsche Boxster calipers for my TT using the G2 system and was really pleased with the result. Was even able to color match the Papaya Orange.

Applied it with one of the disposable aerosol systems they recommended and came out smooth and super high gloss.
