did not work, I have my valet key and tried the process below that I found that ken posted:

- Insert good key into ignition and switch on.
- Insert new key into door and manually lock.
- Remove new key from door and hit 'Unlock.' Lights will flash once.
- COUNT TO TEN.
- Hit 'Unlock' again, and the car will unlock.
- You are not done!! A few write-ups stopped after this.
- Insert the new key into the door again and manually lock again.
- Remove new key from door and hit 'Unlock.' Lights will flash once.
- Wait a few seconds and hit 'Unlock' for the second time. Lights will flash again, but it still will not unlock.
- COUNT TO TEN.
- Hit unlock once more and the car will unlock.
- Remove good key from ignition.
- NOW you are done.
