Gave my two weeks notice a week ago Friday. My dabble into auto mechanics for the past year is just about over. Bob the Alignments-guy has 5 more days. No regrets. Pay was lousy but I knew that going in. Great bunch of guys to work with and they will be missed.
As Karma would have it, the following Saturday morning a former professor from my MBA program saw my daughter and son-in-law at a kids-thing (his kids + my grand kids). Said they were looking for someone with my background to teach a class this fall and asked if they thought I'd be interested...probably they said, he gave his two weeks notice yesterday.
Professor (adjunct) Bob enters the classroom in August.
