If you don't end up using it more frequently, then part it out.

I think once you have the car at your own house and it has a usable turbo on it, you'll drive it a lot more.

Or you're the type of person that likes a project and you've reached the end and it's time to move on to the next one. I doubt you went into it thinking how you could spend a ton of money on the car and then sell it shortly after at a huge loss.

Either way, do whatever makes you happiest and gets you the house.
