Car keeps going into limp mode. Boost leak test shows no leaks.

I started at 5 psi then went up to 26, no leaks. I don't know where to go from here. I thought this would show some light on an issue but it didn't. I've vacuum tested the wastegate hose and it's good. I've changed the n75. I've fixed some hoses that were torn. On the way home it would go back and forth from limp mode and full boost. Any ideas?
