Where is a good cheap (Best Value) place in the Dallas area to get windows retinted?

I am trying to get my family to get my windows retinted for my birthday (Feb 17th) since the rear window is getting really wavy and has some long bubbles. My oldest brother said just take the tint off. Thats not going to happen. Unlike him I want my car to look good. Plus I saw a TT with no tint and I didn't like it. TIA.
