I am a small guy so it was not bad. Portable soldering iron is a great tool. I have fixed it may years ago, but the wires started to crack again

Now i have done it the proper way: added some 20 centimeters of wiring, and all the joints (heatshrinked with glue, 10 connections 5 wires) are beyond the flex range. i have cut and soldered the wires close to the hinge on the trunk lid side and pulled them inside the hinge. So i have some slack some slack in the trunk lid, but who cares.

What I have also done this time is to use old wires of a salvage A100 so they are identical in color, diameter, cross section. But I have taken them from inside the trunk lid, not the the part that flexes.
